NIGHT AND DAY
by: Joseph Brown
The little stars are above the barn,
they grow and grow.
The moon is way bright.
The sun goes away behind the moon,
and the barn animals are sleeping tight in there cages.
The mice go hunting out in the night.
Now the sun is up,
the moon is gone.
Now the little stars are slowly disappearing,
but now I see the moon.
Because it's up in the sky and it's still bright.
Now it's time for play,
and then it starts all over again.
